PERSONAL USE (PU)

You May:

- You May use these graphics for anything that is solely for YOU.

- You May alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding or removing from them; however, you MAY NOT claim
altered graphics as your own.

You May Not:

- You May Not give or share any parts of this kit with anyone.

- You May Not use this product for commercial purposes.

- You May Not use these graphics to create any designer resource tools (brushes, tubes, patterns etc.)

- You May Not make this product available for download anywhere.

- You May Not use this product for obscene, defamatory, pornographic, racist, immoral or hateful purposes.
Nor is it permitted to use this product for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.


SCRAP FOR OTHERS (S4O)

The PU terms above apply, but you may also:

- Use this product to create gifts* for family or friends, BUT you MUST give them Only a FLATTENED, final
product. You May Not give them a copy that includes any layers. The gifted product may not be used for commercial purposes.

*Gifts: scrapbook page, card etc.



SCRAP FOR HIRE (S4H)

The PU terms above apply, but you may also:

- Use this kit to create a scrapbook page, card etc. for someone and get paid for it. BUT YOU MUST give them ONLY a FLATTENED,
final product. You may not give them a copy that includes layers. The sold product may not be used for commercial purposes.

Credit is highly appreciated.


***COMMERCIAL USE ALPHA SETS***

You may use this alpha/numeral set to create papers, elements and word art that you intend to sell.(No layered items)
DO NOT license it for commercial use; this is not a CU4CU item. PU/S4O/S4H license is fine. May also be used in print
to create cards, invitations etc.(No mass production)


You may not share or sell the alpha set itself (altered or not). Not even within a kit.

You may not use the entire alpha set (upper and/or lower case letters) on one product.

You may not use it in the creation of an alpha/numeral set.

You may not use it in the creation of logos.

You may not use this set (altered or not) to create designer resource tools (brushes, tubes, stamps, shapes etc.)

You May Not use this set for obscene, defamatory, pornographic, racist, immoral or hateful purposes.
Nor is it permitted to use this product for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.


Credit to "Linda's Digi Creations" is mandatory for commercial use.



***CLIP ART & DIGITAL STAMP SETS***


Most of the clip art/digital stamps are hand drawn and the slight irregularities simply adds to their charm.

The purchase of this Clip Art or Digital Stamp Set does NOT transfer the copyright to you; it's simply grants you
the right to use it according to my terms of use found below.

Personal Use:

-You may use this Clip Art/Digital Stamp set to create anything you want, as long as
it's for your own personal use.

-Do not claim them as your own (as is or altered).

-My artwork, Clip Arts and digital stamps (even after being colored), may not be sold "as is". You must make it part of your design (Don't just put them on a white or colored backgroung with nothing else).


-Credit is MANDATORY for Commercial Use. If you do not wish or you are not able to give credit, you may purchase a "No Credit " license in my store.

-Anything you sell, using my artwork, must be for your customer's "Personal Use" ONLY.

-My artwork may be used on digital and tangible items. Digital files must be a flattened Jpeg or PDF (No layers).

-YOU MAY NOT use my artwork to:

-Make logos.
-Use them on print on demand sites (Cafe Press, Zazzle etc.)
-Sell them ( altered or not) as cliparts, templates, coloring pages, vectors, digital or rubber stamps.
-Create and sell designer resource tools (brushes, tubes, stamps, shapes etc.)
-Create freebies or commercial use products.

-You May Not use this product for obscene, defamatory, pornographic, racist, immoral or hateful purposes.
Nor is it permitted to use this product for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.




***DIGITAL PAPER PACKS***

Personal Use:

-You may use this Digital Paper Pack Set to create anything you want.

-Do not claim them as your own (as is or altered).
-Do not share, trade or create freebies
-You May Not use this product for obscene, defamatory, pornographic, racist, immoral or hateful purposes.
Nor is it permitted to use this product for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

Commercial Use:

- This is for small business use. The products you create (digital and/or tangible) with my artwork must be

-.You may create cards, invitations, party supplies (banners, hats,cupcake wrappers etc.), business cards, etc

- Just don't print out the papers and sell them as papers.

-My artwork may be used on digital and tangible items.

Digital items: you may use these papers to create elements for scrap kits (no layered items). You may also include 50% of the paper
pack as is in a kit, but you must include other papers & elements,
and the kit must be labeled as "Personal Use Only."

*If you include some papers as is, Credit to Linda's Digi Creations is mandatory.
May also be used for S4O/S4H.

Colors may appear differently on your computer monitor and the actual printing of the artwork.
